Welcome to Two Front. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Two Front website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Two Front provides orthodontic treatment planning, diagnosis support, and related dental services through a network of licensed orthodontists. Our Services include our website at twofront.com, patient and provider portals, and associated communications.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts

Certain features of our Services require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at care@mytwofront.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Messaging and Communications Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive messages from Two Front, you consent to receive text messages (SMS and MMS) related to your orthodontic care, appointments, treatment updates, and account notifications. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your treatment and account activity.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at care@mytwofront.com.

We will not send marketing or promotional text messages without your prior express written consent. Messaging consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Your opt-in consent and phone number will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or related systems
